Claim My Account Help

Before you can use your Alabama.edu account (@alabama.edu) you must first go through the account setup/claim process. To begin:

1. Go back to the initial page (here) and click the Claim My Account button
   
2. On the Claim Account form, you will need to enter the required information
   
3. After you enter the required information and accept the agreement, you be prompted to set a password. Make note of this as it will be your Alabama.edu password

To claim your account, you need to enter your Date of Birth, Student ID (A#) and the claim code which should have been emailed to your personal email address typically used when you applied for admissions.
