Forgot My Username Help

Before you can use your Alabama.edu account (@alabama.edu) you will need your Alabama.edu username. If you don’t know what your username is, then you can find it. To begin:

1. Go back to the initial page (here) and click the “Forgot Username?” link
   
2. Enter the personal email address associated with your account or recent admissions application.
    
3. After you enter an email associated with your account, your Alabama.edu username will be emailed to that address.

Use your username to claim your account. Once you have claimed your account and set your password, you will be able to access services that use the Alabama.edu credential.
